Sorry, dear.
You seem to have bought one of those “non-shift-changing” scales.
If you want your scale turn you into a newt or something, you’re gonna have to spring for one of the more expensive models.
Well, have you been working out? 'Cause muscle weighs oodles more than fat but is much, much better to have. What I mean is, you could be smaller even though you’re not lighter.
It lies. It is evil. It was born in the pit of dispair.
Ignore it. It doesn’t know what it’s talking about.
And congratulations on being mostly cheat free this week. That’s something to brag about!!
Forget about the scales and go with the Pant-O-Meter!
And reeeemember - WATER WATER WATER!
Well I have been drinking tons of water.
And I am still looking for that elusive, magic scale…one that makes me very happy lol.
Oh, and it wasn’t a cheap one
stupid scale.
I thought maybe you meant F major. I hate F major.
Well, remember when losing weight, it doesn’t go all at once. Just keep up good habits and it will pay off!
I have a theory about this phenomenon. IMHO, what occurs is that when you start to diet you subconsciously react to having fewer calories by being less active and thus burn fewer calories, off-setting any gains you may have made dieting. You need to force yourself to maintain and (even better) increase physical activity while decreasing caloric intake. A very difficult proposition that I have trouble with myself …
