Harvard Medical School scientists have successfully restored vision in mice by turning back the clock on aged eye cells in the retina to recapture youthful gene function.
They had success in reversing vision loss from glaucoma & from old age.
This has the possibility of clinical trials within 2 years. I think if those trials go well, we could have an exciting new tool for fighting blindness and maybe other age related problems within 10 years.
