Ask any medical professional: they would much rather see someone with a suspicious symptom, and after tests/imaging, be able to say the problem is minor, than to have to tell the spouse in the waiting room the patient might have been saved if he only came in sooner.
OK, so the good news is : no DVT has been detected, and my mobility is back to normal. The bad news is : no clue as to exactly what it was. I’m checking my left leg daily and if I notice anything weird, I’ll go back to ER immediately.
