Yes my first thought, in the South Seas, Long Pig was Human flesh.

Called L.P. because it actually (So I’ve been told) tastes like pig meat.

I suppose you could try the old"Ha Ha its not really Human flesh, only horse meat" tp persuade potential buyers.

I go for Equine Cuisiine, myself.

One of the winning horses last Saturday night at Hoosier Park is named Chinese Cuisine.

Not clear if he was named it because he like to eat Chinese food or if the owners were thinking of his final fate.
