I don’t know why that happens, but it does. So there.
I don’t know why that happens, either, but it really does. So, double :p.
How high a skyscraper are you talking? From sea level to 500’, pressure changes by about .5" of Hg. Serious storms have greater changes than that, so yeah, weather changes can and do affect one’s body - some more than others. It’s not the number, it’s the change…
Fine.
I’m going to ride an elevator up and down until I sicken and die, and *then *you’ll be sorry!
You could just hold your breath till you turn blue…
Perhaps there is a quicker change in elevator riding than storm gazing.
Poison has been sprayed. **FCD **has gone to pick up his bike seat - it’s in the pre-upholstered stage, so he’s got to do a fit check before they cover it. Once he does that, I’m going to help him figure out why his wiring is acting weird. It’s been a few years since I tried to chase wires on a schematic - this should be fun…
Nope. You’re wrong. Admit it. And until things start going haywire in your joints and/or bones, you will never understand.
TGIF X 10000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000!
I am finally getting a whole weekend off even though I probably should be here. The girls will just have to handle it. I am tired and need some sloth time.
And rain, we need rain.
Have a Great Weekend Everyone!!
Happy Firday!
I’m in a ill mood, today is going to be a low bullshit tolerance day.
Fortunately I shouldn’t have much bullshit to deal with today.
I’ve go to stop getting up so late. Blargh.
Last night I decided to take care of my lack of chocolate by making brownies. My mother or father have made brownies before, but this was my first time making them by myself. They turned out well!
On a sadder note, there was a fire last night at a musical instrument store I like. I wonder if any of the instruments are okay.
I’ve sometimes taken my instruments there to be repaired, and sometimes I’ve had to leave them there for a few days while they were getting fixed, so I am glad that none of my instruments were in the store last night. Still, very sad.
Which of us has an artificial joint and ankylosing spondilitis?
<waves hand> Oooooo-ooooo-ooooo!!! Can I give the eulogy? Huh? Can I, can I can I? I promise to work really hard on it and make it really good and stuff ----- really!!!
Tell FCD he has the most perfect wife in the universe. Herself is good but about all the assistance she can be with the bikes is spotting something on a clearance sale and asking me “would this shiny thing here fit on Bessie?”. Of course, if anyone hits me and I need to sue the insurance company then she gets the title back.
I’ve got two artificial hips, one artificial knee, and hella arthritis every where else. Nyah.
You outdo me at the airport scanners, certainly.
N.O.L.time! Tuna sallit sammich, chips, and a diet poopsie. OYKW wants a <snerk>Quickie!<snerk> for dindin so we shall meet up there for an early dindin. I don’t have to cook, he’s buyin’, so ima eat.
I guess today is going to be armpit day.
Rah!
However,we do need food and since I’m not up to a grocery run we can order it, have it delivered to my mother’s, and bring it back with us.
I wish there was grocery delivery out here.
I order as much as I can through amazon and dollar general, but that is mostly paper and cleaning products.
Swampy, you would be proud. I just had 92 rolls of TP delivered. Cheaper to buy in bulk and I have the storage space.
I need to get up and get moving if we are ever going to get out of here.
Holy bowel movement, Batman!
It’ll probably last us a year.
When I moved here I ordered a case of paper towels, 24 rolls.
Probably a 2 year supply.
I went out for a bit - not just up my quiet (relatively) street, but over to the shopping plaza on the main drag! It’s about a mile away. Only took about 15 minutes. It would have taken longer for me to load Jazzy onto the lift on the back of the car, drive over, and unload her, than it did to just ride Jazzy directly there. I can’t tell you how freeing it is to know that I can get there, on my own, stress free. I’d been nervous about it. That road is very busy, but the red light is long enough for me to get across safely.
So I went to the dentist (in that plaza). I’m going to need extensive, expensive work. But it’ll give me my smile back.
For N.O.L. I am having some lovely Tex-Mex from the new place that just opened up in the aforementioned plaza. And it’s still warm, even after the fifteen minute trip home.
I am a happy camper this afternoon
