Having just about lost my pet last week, trust me, I know how you feel. My condolences on your loss. I’m really glad your little girl is all right though, at least that came out well.
Thought I should say one more thank you and let everyone know that the littlest Feynnling is making a sparkling recovery. She hasn’t slowed down one bit.
The doctor said that the finger is healing really well and that no-one will be able to tell anything happened to it once it’s healed.
This hasn’t affected her cheery little demeanour at all, she’s a good patient and is very good about having her bandage changed twice a day. She does however put her hands behind her head whenever I go to close the basement door and says “uh oh”.
She just holds up her finger, smiles, and says “oouuuuuuch” when I change the dressing. Once this is done she runs off to resume playing.
It kinda reminds me of E.T. The way she says “oouuuuuuch”.
My little girl has fallen asleep under the computer desk so I guess I better go tuck her into her own bed.

My sympathies for your loss of Hamish, Feynn. Not a good week for Doper pets, is it? Glad to hear the Feynnling is doing all right though.
Perhaps a trip to the SPCA with your little one may help ease the pain… for all of you.
