It does. I thought she was going to tell me about a charity. T-Mobile?! Really?
I am so sick of these freakin’ crypto commercials.
To me, that’s the cringy part. If Dolly wants to hawk some goods, that’s fine. But playing off of her reputation as a humanitarian to “think of the phones” or whatever just feels off.
I kept waiting for the altruistic, but it never came.
Everything’s weak this far…
As someone considering buying a house (but would never use Rocket Mortgage) the Barbie thing was both funny and way too close to reality.
I wonder if Megan Thee Stallion ever had a contemplative moment where she said to herself: I could have called myself anything, but I chose this and I’m stuck with it! Nobody told me stallions were male horses!
That’s pretty much hip-hop in a nutshell. There’s a reason Sean Combs has had like 19 names at this point. There’s like 15 people with cringey “lil” names who are now in their mid 20s or 30s.
It has been Urban slang for “tall well built woman” for quite a while, though.
I thought the crypto ads were going to age like milk the fastest, but whatever that was for covid testing will probably beat them.
Eh, it’s more of a general home laboratory testing device. It’s just that covid testing is the most relevant test right now.
The Chevrolet Sopranos new generation was great; its closing with AJ and Meadow made me really miss the show. I’m hoping someone will synch it up with the original show opening with them side-by-side; lots of the shots look like updates of the original.
It was a great nostalgia trip for Sopranos junkies. It was an utterly atrocious ad for an EV truck.
So AJ and Meadow aren’t dead?
HOLEEEE SHIIIIT. Nerdgasm.
I’m not sure how Amazon managed to make everything in the Second Age look boring and generic, but they succeeded.
The Lord of the Rings: Lords of Power looks good.
Hard disagree. I’m pretty worried about how this will turn out, but that was a killer teaser.
Pringles “Stuck on You” commercial was cute.
LOL, it’s almost like Anheuser-Busch doesn’t make beer any more.
(yes, I know it was never beer, hur dur)
