Does anything take cyanoacrylate adhesive off ceramic tile?
Acetone, the active ingredient in nail polish remover
probly ‘goof off’
Acetone could damage the finish on cheaper ceramics. Start with mineral spirits in a test area. Boiling hot water works too, but it’d be hard to keep that on the tile.
A razor blade?
