Georgia has already been called for Gingrich. No surprise there. Santorum’s in second place.

Virginia has been called for Romney. No surprise there.

Romney and Santorum are neck and neck in Ohio with 1% reporting.

Vermont for Romney according to CNN.

According to exit polls, gas prices were important to the votes of some 71% of Virginians. What the hell.

Massachusetts was called for Romney.

Gingrich takes Georgia! AMAZING!

Probably a really stupid question, but why did Vermont go to Romney and not Paul? I thought Vermont was a Libertarian state?

New Hampshire is a little more libertarian than Vermont, and it went pretty heavily for Romney. Vermont is fairly liberal.

Santorum’s in the lead in Tennessee with 3% reporting.

Quite a few electoral votes in Georgia. Gingrich isn’t going anywhere.

Santorum’s already falling behind in Ohio with 4% reporting.

Santorum has the lead in Oklahoma with 1% reporting.

With 8% reporting, Santorum has a growing lead over Romney. I predict Santorum will take Tennessee.

Virginia’s going to end up being a pretty big prize for Romney, as he’ll end up gaining 35+ delegates on Santorum, who won’t be able to earn such a margin in any of the other contests.

What do you find odd about that?

Oops. I meant delegates, not electoral votes.

That Calista is one odd looking duck.

Woah! Santorum’s back in the lead in Ohio with 22% reporting.

Oklahoma was called for Santorum with 23% reporting.

Tennessee was called for Santorum with 36% reporting.

Eyeballing the numbers at CNN, this looks like an artifact of lots of Santorum’s rural counties having reported most of their precincts, with Cuyahoga and Hamilton counties (Cleveland and Cincinnati) only having counted their early votes.

Santorum’s currently in the lead in North Dakota with 6% reporting.
