Gorilla Grodd first appeared in The Flash, and was primarily a foe of that hero, but has also had clashes with Superman. Not the best choice, but not totally off-the-mark.
Haha, I completely forgot the scene from Superman 4 (?) where he rebuilt the Great Wall just with eyebeams. (Except blue ones this time!)

And if that doesn’t work, he can just fly around Earth really fast and turn back time!
(Did he even know that would work? What if it just sent everyone and everything sliding across the ground at thousands of miles an hour and he murdered every living thing on the planet?)
…Why would flying faster than the speed of light make everyone slide around? Worst-case, if it didn’t work, he’d just not time travel and maybe get dizzy.
