That’s what amuses me about my hometown paper’s website-- the “breaking news” is almost always about traffic or the weather. The disconnect from everything else in the world is refreshing sometimes. 
Damn you, I live in central Florida and the waves here are horrible. Of course if we had 7 foot waves I sure as shit wouldn’t try to surf them, I’d probably kill myself on a boogie board.
