Well, of course! They sometimes have to pay for that “right”. Other times, they don’t pay and pull out guns as receipts (that’s called pulling a Bundy).

When it helps the poor, it’s a fucking evil thing.
When it provides subsidies and support for the farmers, the developers and the otherwise rich, it’s deserved and not socialism.
