Yeah, they used to do it early on after the merge, so it would be taking 3 out of 12 people on a challenge. Now they wait so long that it is half the tribe. Ideally, I would like to see the first post-merge reward be a random split into two tribes. That gets groups of people secluded together who haven’t been working together. Then the next reward is the “knock each other out” challenge with the winner taking a couple people on the reward. That really stirs the pot.
