The dreaded mid-season recrap show. Thanks for the warning. I was just getting ready to watch it. I just finished watching the classic WKRP in Cincinnati episode in which Mr. Carlson gets the bright idea to toss 20 live turkeys out of a helicopter 2000 feet over a shopping mall as a Thanksgiving publicity stunt. That would have definitely been a nostalgic buzzkill.
Actually, in the past couple years, they have figured out how to make a compelling clip show. This was no exeption - all new scenes and new info on the remaining survivors. I think they do a good job.
I fast-forwarded through it to try and get some insight as to why everyone hated Alina with such passion. No clues were provided.
It’s not quite a clip show. True, no new challenges, no one is being voted off, but it gives them to show us more of some of the Survivors who made important moves and why. It was pretty good.
I kind of liked seeing Dan speak and interact with people, nice for a change. I think I want Jane to win.
