Sweet Potato Fries/Tots - you had them yet? Which Chains?

I like sweet potatoes, baked, and sweet potato casserole. But the texture of sweet potato fries is just all wrong. They don’t work.

I was in St. Louis earlier this month and had some great sweet potato fries at Pappy’s Smokehouse. Hmmm hmmm hmmm.
