T or F: If Superman would just french Lex Luthor, Metropolis would be never be in danger again.

What is “Lex wants a lost more than a kiss.” really supposed to mean? Are you hinting that Lex is stuck on the wrong television show and resents that other one that has all the cultural glory while most of humanity doesn’t realize that Smallville is on the air?

I was trying to be good and not rag on Lois all the time.

I’ll open this later, at home. I like the other link you posted, however.

I went with the Batman/Joker option. That’s a weird psychosexual relationship.

But not Lex Luthor and Superman. Luthor does not desire Superman at any level. He hates Superman. Because Luthor desires power and control and Superman forces him to confront his weakness.

Luthor is able to admit the surface weakness. He will say he hates Superman because he has all those superpowers that Luthor lacks. But that’s not the real reason.

Luthor knows that he wants power for selfish reasons and would use any superpowers he had for himself. But he sees Superman, who has all that power but uses it for the greater good. Superman is able to control his base instincts despite his situation and Luthor knows he could not in that same situation. Luthor hates Superman for being a better man than he is.

Smallville Lex-very HoYay.

Doomsday Animated Movie Lex- Also. You don’t make a clone of your dead enemy and fight it in a barechested sweaty wrestling match after his funeral unless there’s some kinda unresolved tension.

Comic Lex-it’s all about ego, too. If he can beat SUPERMAN, he’s the best ever.

Speaking the the Doomsday animated movie, don’t forget

that Lex spends several seconds screaming “Why did you leave me?!” at the Kal-clone, ends it by patting his beaten opponent’s face tenderly and saying “Who’s your daddy?” and does the whole thing shirtless.

I think I had that on the brain when I opened the thread.
