Tabasco lovers: what do you put it on?

The truly universal sauce is Tiger Sauce. When you want flavor instead of heat.

It’s great on virtually anything from a greasy spoon diner that you don’t put syrup on:
Great on eggs, bacon, hash browns, biscuits & gravy, burgers, fries, meatloaf.
Only so-so on pancakes and french toast.

Although, to be honest, I’m mostly moved to giardiniera for my spicy-fying needs. Chili, pork, bratwursts, sandwiches, pizza, pasta, etc…they all get extra hot giardiniera nowadays.
