This morning, I weighed in at 58.9 kg, just below my target weight of 59 kg. Diet and exercise - what a concept. I’m fucking ecstatic. It took me almost six months to get here, but now I’m here. I’m slim again. It’s been over ten years.
I’m going to take it easy for a while, and after the holidays, it’s time to start bulking. BEEFCAKE!

I am firmly of the opinion that there is only so much fat in this world, and it is tidal - it just washes from person to person.
Well, I’m pretty short. And I haven’t been thin in so long, I wanted to do it right. I may even have gone a bit to the extreme, but that just means I have a buffer.
I’m in a similar situation. Dumped 65 lbs. over the course of the past year, mostly through South Beach. Weekend after next, I’m building a gym in my basement so I can enter the “bulking up” stage like you.
Two weeks ago, I took my entire quarterly bonus and completely blew it in about 3 hours, all on a new wardrobe. Feels good to fit into regular clothes again and not have to buy clothes at Casual Male Big & Tall anymore.
Oh yeah, the new clothes, I’m looking forward to that. When I realized two months or so back that I had exactly one pair of pants* that still fit I bought a new pair, and when that pair was too big two weeks later I decided to not buy a single piece of clothing until I had reached my target weight.
Well, I’m there. This is going to be fun.

Eat only organic raw veggies! Juice Yourself to Better Health/Weight and Sex! The Grapefruit 45 Diet Plan! High Colonic Diet!
Lest we forget the wide variety of Newer! Better! Excerize gizmos that will decrease your workouts down to 3 nanoseconds a day while buffing you up (dude) and not to forget the picture of youth & vitality: the grandma with the body of a 20 year old chickie in a string bikini! You too could have a body like that if you devoted 7 hours a day 7 days a week to cross training, plastic surgery, intensely focused diet, This SuperUber XRCIZ Machine and had genetics on your side. * But.Clearly.You.Don’t.Loser.*

I lost 70 pounds. Got pregnant, gained back about 45-50. I’m 9 pounds above my lowest weight. I’d like to lose another 25 or 30, maybe. My body’s alllll outta whack after the baby, though.
