IMHO, red is the yummiest color. that is to say if any given food comes in a variety of flavors (presumably fruity) i always choose red, regardless of what it is suppose to taste like. this applies to M&Ms, sno cones, etc.
Mmmmm, purple.
I like the complex variety of plaid, though ultraviolet tastes nice on a hot summer night.
Fact: for some reason, viewing warm colors (red, orange, yellow) makes people feel hungry. Note that all the fast food chains use these in their logos.
How weird. My friends and I were just the other day having a discossion on whether ot not you could taste colors. I said yes, but a few said know. We all think they are crazy.

A few of my friends were discussing fast food colors a while ago in a Burger King in the middle of the night. It also seems that the colors on the inside are made so ugly in order to get people in and out as quickly as possible.
And red and purple are the best colors. But green M+M’s are the best.
I can’t taste colors, but flavors have shapes and colors for me. Sounds have shapes and colors too.

I’m partial to blue, especially blue Hawaiian Punch and blue raspberry blow pops.

Purple: Grapes
Red: Tomatoes, cherries, apples
Orange: Oranges
Yellow: Bananas, lemons
Green: Apple, lime, or, oddly, watermelons
Blue: Blueberries, most other berries.
Pink: Gum, cotton candy, watermelon
Black: Licorice (yuk!)
White: Uh… starch?

No, white equals vanilla and white chocolate.
For me, green is kiwi and orange is melon.
Being colorblind, they all taste the same to me.
