how many calories does a potato have per ounce?
it’s diet time here and everytime i check a potato calorie guide, the wits put something as useless as :“small potato-142 calories; large potato-158 calories”.
well, i need the per oz rating.
can anyone help?

1 oz. of baked potato has about 31 calories.

I’d suggest, **handsomeharry,**that you sample some Yukon Gold or other yellow-flesh potatoes. They’re juicier, and they need less high-calorie enhancement to taste wonderful.
