This is a faux movie trailer made by the Tea Party Patriots for CPAC.
It is, predictably, terrible. And Hilarious.
It’s kind of a shame, because even with a low budget, It could have been decent, or at least interesting. I think the main problem is that it lacks a protagonist. Change the focus to one man as he deals with the creeping loss of freedom in a series of short vignettes, then a shocking scene as riot cops attack a protester, and the guy gets radicalized to take his freedom back- That could work.
Of course, now we need to create a pro-welfare state, anti-libertarian trailer…
