Does anyone know if there is a product on the market that makes it easier for people to open prescription OR over-the-counter drugs bottles? Say for people with Arthritis.

Aren’t most drugs available with either kind of top now?
Try asking your pharmacist. My experience is that most pharmacist have tons of information that they really want to share, but hardly anyone asks them. (please note: my office is down the hall from the school of pharmacy, YMMV)
If that doesn’t work, try an arthritis support group - I’m sure there are some on the web, or a physical therapy group that specializes in older patients.

Yes, there are. I worked for a pharmacy for years, and my mother is a pharmacist. Most pharmacies will carry them, or at least know which pharmacy in town will sell them. Here are some samples:
