The deadline for submissions for the next Teemings is February the 29th and so far we’ve only gotten a small handful of submissions.

I wrote a short review for a book I just finished. Can I submit that? I did post it on bn.com, though, if that makes a difference.
My entire oeuvre consists of conversations I have while drunk at the Waffle House and forget before I can scribble down. If I could submit them, I would. They’re art.
I’ll be submitting some stuff that is pure genius.

I went thru my file of stuff that’s already written - it’s either poetry or really bad stories. Perhaps I’ll get inspired and dash something off. It’s been too long since I last submitted anything.

“Submissions!” He cried.
I could submit some scenes from the show I’m writing with CuriousCanuck… funny bits. No lyrics or anything, just dialogue. But I don’t know how that would go over with the esteemed staff of Teemings - or CC.
Lamentably, Euty, anything I write spends five or six glorious seconds being unpublished before it’s pasted into my LJ, which IIRC makes it automatically ineligible for Teemings. My writing is so erratic (in terms of when and what) that I don’t know when I’ll next put anything out. Sometimes I write five pages in a day and sometimes not even five pages in a month.
I’m going to submit something. I’ve become very angry and empowered by recent events, and what I need to do is publish my thoughts so that others can grow angry and empowered as well!
Actually I might submit two things, because I also write humor. Pick whichever one you like best.
Is there any limit on length? I have a story that I wrote that I’d be happy to contribute, but it’s three pages long. Is that too lengthy?
How does one go about submitting? I have some poetry that I’m thinking of letting be read by the fabulous folks here. I’ve never submitted before.

I would love to contribute something, and have numerous things written on several discs. But as anyone who has read my posts realize, I can barely write a coherent sentence, much less a full story or essay.
Oh well, maybe I’ll try to polish something and submit it to see what happens.
