My name is Will. I am 19. I am nearly done with my first year of college. When I take my final on Wednesday I will be finished. I do not know why I am using these short sentences. Or why all but two of them start with “I” or “my.”
More teens than I imagend there would be, unfortunately. I had this image of myself as a lone wolf type, prowling amongst the older, enlightened crowd unnoticed. Ah well

At least about me. 19, will be 20 next February (that really is odd to think about). Just finished the first year of college at Indiana University in Beautiful Bloomington, Indiana, where I will be travelling back to at the end of summer.
Ha…I’ve been around for 3 1/2 years. No recognition either!
Anyway, I’m Jessica and I’m 18. I counted exactly how old a few days ago, but it all amounts to “I’ll be 19 in 6 months” in the end. My high school graduation is Friday and in the fall, I’ll be in college up in Pennsylvania.
Oh, and Ender_Will? I wouldn’t be too astonished by the number of teenagers on the boards. The Straight Dope as well as the SDMB tended to come up in conversation frequently on some of AOL’s teen boards that I used to visit; I myself came here on the recommendation of several people from those boards. There’s always been a surprisingly large number of teenagers, they just tend to blend well.
I’m 20, so until recently, I was a teenager. 
I know… I always thought of myself as an “intuallectual” because I could play with the big kids. Then I find out there’s hordes of other people my age out there. Wayto boost my ego. I’l survive.
Oh, and I started when I was 14. Actually, the day after my antie gingerofthenorth was married I signed up.

My name is Elizabeth. I’m 17, 18 in August, and in my 2nd year of community college. I’m also positively devastated that no one knows me. I’ve been registered since 2001, for God’s sake! I’m just not cool enough.
Loneraven - So far i have done english literature, german (which is 4 exams) re islam, humanities paper 1, art and music. If you don’t count the english orals thats 9 already.

I’ve done my French oral, and Drama practical, and I don’t think I had an English oral, which is odd, but I guess we probably have different boards (I’ve got AQA, woe is me). I guess your next exam is on Monday? Biology? Good luck, though I’m sure you don’t need it.
And addressing the subject of the thread as a whole, I never realised there were so many teenagers here. And such enlightened, intelligent teenagers as well! I’m another one who thought I was playing in the sandbox with the grown-ups, and while the other contributers to this thread may disagree, I still maintain this is a grown-up message board. Loneraven, i have done more than 6 english orals so far, we really must be on different exam boards. mine are either AQA or OCR, although i think there are more OCR ones. The end is less than two weeks away for me! Yes, my next is science on monday but its a mix of all 3. Yaay.

I’m from leicestershire, my last exam is tuesday June 10th, maths paper 2. Whereabouts are you from? Apologies if its in your location thing but i can’t see it right now.
I have absolutely no motivation for revision right now, i have to really push myself. I did next to nothing today. Theres always tomorrow though, i might go to the library. Today i watched daytime tv and baked ‘cookies’.
My location field is not very helpful, I admit. I’m from oop North - Merseyside. And the whole motivation thing - well, I spent my entire day on the SDMB. Should have been doing history today, but… well, no.
Cookies sound good. I’m not entirely sure why they’re “cookies” as opposed to plain cookies, but still, I’m not complaining.
Well my son PuRpLe PrIdE, registered when he was 14. He has also gone to a few Dopefests.
He’s 17 now, but hasn’t posted since the Vikings were good.
