Teeter Totter

I am wondering the origin of the following nursery rhyme:

Teeter totter, bread and water,
Wash your face in dirty water.

I have found the origin of a LOT of nursery rhymes, but nothing on this one.

Maybe there is absolutely nothing to discover, but I am curious if anything is known. Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks!

You can find it as early as 1903 using Google Book Search.

It’s one of the see-saw rhymes, like “See saw Margery Daw”. VEry RHYTHmic ROCKing CHANTing.
