I have a 10 line hunt group. I only want my Pilot number displayed on caller I.D… This has become an issue and I am meeting with SBC reps to accomplish this. This is not an issue at my offices with Terminal Hunt groups or T1’s. Only the Pilot Number is displayed. I need some buzz words for the reps because they don’t have a clue as to whats done in the C.O. to accomplish this with Land Lines.
