Tell CNN to stop putting Jack Thompson on their channel

Jack Thompson (anti-video game lawyer extraordinaire) was on Anderson Cooper 360 on tuesday spouting some lies about Blitz The League. Here is the relevant quote:

“The NFL wouldn’t allow it’s name to be used, so that tells you something.”

As we all know, EA purchased the exclusive rights to NFL related games back in January. So you need to let the producers of Anderson Cooper 360 that Jack Thompson is a liar. Tell them you don’t want to see him on the show anymore. Tell them they owe Midway, the NFL and EA an apology for the error. Offer them up some suggestions about who would make a great video game analyst. Just send them your comments at the Anderson Cooper feedback page:

I am writing in regard to Jack Thompson being featured on your show. Mr. Thompson should not be considered, by any means, an expert in video games. The reason Midway produced a game without getting approval from the NFL has nothing to do with the quality of the game, but the fact that Electronic Arts purchased the exclusive rights to NFL video games in January of 2005. Mr.Thomson just uses every media chance he has to spout his anti video-game rhetoric, and yet offers no substantial evidence to any of his claims, and even backed out of a proposition he made to donate $10,000 to charity. That goes lengths in showing how much of a reputable man he is not.
