Tell me about your red chowder recipes...please

Looking to make some Red clam chowder, would love one I can do in a crock pot but will settle for just about anything.
a couple of notes, no dairy, no wheat, no soy, I can substitute a lot of stuff but if one of those is key to your recipe I cant eat it (but post it anyway, food doesn’t hate most people)

I have been craving some Ivars Red Chowder bad and want to make some up for home freezing.
