Tell me the lyirics, please

I think it’s a song from the South or a Negro Spiritual.

The song title might be “There’s Music in the Air.”

Part of it goes SOMETHING LIKE

Many a host’s beep beep beep sound
Fills us with a joy profound,
Whilst we list enchanted there
To the music in the air.

That’s the best I can do. I apologize for my memory loss, but
the song goes all the way back to ninth grade. “…list” is poetic
for “…listen” - like you couldn’t figure out.

The beeps stand for unknown words.

“There’s Music in the Air” (1857)
by George Frederick Root

There’s music in the air
When the infant morn is nigh
And faint its blush is seen
On the bright and laughing sky.

CHORUS
Many a harp’s extatic sound
With its thrill of joy profound
While we list enchanted there
To the music in the air.

The rest is here.

Thank you so much, Crotalus!!
