What first got my attention about this picture is that I think, aesthetically, it is very beautiful. It’s done by a street artist in Iran.
I would really like to know what it says. (or is it just the guy’s name?)

Hard to say. Its calligraphy and part of it is missing making reading a bit difficult. There is a “Muhammad” in there, so probably (but not necessarily) religious in nature.
