Temporary Tattoos

Is there a way i can make temporary tattoos out of whatever picture i want? google didn’t provide any help for whatni wanted a TT of, so… can it be done? by me? for cheap?

BTW, i wanted something of the Family Guy genre for the TT

Well, for my kids, I use Invent It brand “Body Sticker Tattoos” paper, product number 19470-0. I’m sure most computer paper makers have something similar, that’s just what I happen to have on hand.
