I am looking for a good “googleable” term for the concept of one person or entity interfering with a company’s business, interfering in a way that could possibly be legally actionable.

I feel like there is a term for this, but I cannot quite pull it out of memory.

Those of you who speak Japanese, I am looking for a good, succinct equivalent for "営業妨害”.
