I am looking for a term, but don’t seem to be able to phrase the definition quite right to get something from google.
In real estate law, there is provision that my neighbor uses my property, contiguous to his, and if I don’t protest over a given period of time – i.e., he and I both act as if it is his property, then I can’t come and reclaim the property at some later date.
do I have the law right? if so, what is this called?
