Terms for Quantities

The “trilliard” thread (elsewhere in GQ) got me to wondering if there are other terms for powers-of-ten quantities that I don’t know about. Here’s the list I’m aware of, with the gaps:

100                    hundreds
1,000                 thousands
10,000               myriads
100,000             lakhs (borrowed from Hindi)
1,000,000          millions
10,000,000        _____
100,000,000      _____
1,000,000,000   billions
10,000,000,000 _____
etc.

Are there any standard terms, short of “hundreds of millions” and the like, for those larger quantities?

You’ve got lakh, and the Indians will do you “crore” for ten million as well.
