Testing, testing, testing...test...test

Arrgghh, how ever you spell it… I am 'bout at the end of my rope. I recently bought a Dell computer and purchased the service contract. Tonight I have contacted the…the fixer people?..for the third time to try and fix my PROBLEMSSS. (I am starting to get frustrated!) The prob is that these people are very nice people frommm INDIA :frowning: . I know they are very bright, what’s his name, and Cindy, and tonight Sarah (arrgghh), but communication has been VERY difficult. When I say there seems to be devils in my computer or that it is crawling at a snail’s pace, they must think I think there are devils and snails in my computer…Arrgghh, spelled in any which way.

Oh Gawd. For instance, after saying for at least a half a dozen times that I need to shut my computer off and restart it to get some speed back she says, “So your computer keeps shutting off?” Arrgghhhhhhhhhhhh.

The reason for this post is that this site has been especially difficult. “Sarah” is going to call me back in 2 hours (Oh, Cindy said she would too–never did) to see how things are going and she wants me to use my computer to see how it goes…
