Texas national guard vs. Border Patrol standoff - begining of a new civil war?

Is this going to be the “first shot” of a new civil war? If the US supreme court rules
against Texas and Texas ignores the ruling, keeping it’s national guard at the border,
then what happens?

Honest question: My understanding was that the loophole the Biden administration uses to avoid enforcing the border as the law calls for is that the President has administrative discretion as to what to prioritize when there aren’t enough resources. And boy howdy, there just aren’t enough resources to enforce the border.
