Thank you, Coffeemate!

I noticed that, in our refrigerator at work, there are three different types of plain Coffeemate: regular, low fat, and fat free. Giving in to my curiosity, I picked up the containers and checked the nutrition labels to determine the fat content of each. The results are as follows:

Regular: 1g of fat per serving
Low fat: 0.5g of fat per serving
Fat free: 0g of fat per serving (duuuuuhh)

Now if I want to avoid the excessive amount of fat in the regular Coffeemate, but still want the full creamer flavor that I just can’t get with the fat free Coffeemate, I have another option. It’s the best of both worlds! I must write Coffeemate and thank them profusely.

Too bad you can’t use Coffeemate with Pepsi Sugar Free and/or Pepsi One.

Have you ever noticed how healthy tomato juice or V-8 are, except they are trying to kill you with salt?

I can’t live without coffeemate in my coffee, and I have 3 flavors in my fridge right now along with the powder stuff too. I did hear somewhere that people who work with the powder stuff at the factory are having a lot of respiratory problems because of the dust in the air.
