Tough, check that, very tough to watch. Nevertheless go see it.
That said, I’m wondering if anyone has seen or will see a bit of an oddity. At one point there is a scene in which two former servicemen are speeding down a road in a late model Dodge Challenger. There are camera angles from both outside and inside the car. Probably because I drive a Challenger I noticed the shots from inside the car were not taken in A Challenger. The interior shots we taken inside a 4 door car, maybe a Dodge Charger.
Certainly no big deal. Just an observation.
Room for the camera and sound people?
^^ Exactly that. They wanted the shot of the actors driving, didn’t want to do it with a green screen and a cut-in-half car, and went with something that the majority of people wouldn’t catch.
ETA: But at least three people noticed: the OP, plus the two people who posted it under “Goofs” on IMDb.
My friend and her husband, a Gulf War Navy vet, went to see it. They both enjoyed it. They both cried.
I watched the trailer. It seems difficult and I’m not even a vet (my dad is). I don’t see myself watching it. I think it’s good that my friend’s husband wanted to see it. I think he definitely recognizes his PTSD.
