A couple weeks ago there was a thread in which someone recommended the book “Positive Classroom Discipline” by Fredric H. Jones. The book is out of print but I was able to get a very good used copy from Amazon. This book is fantastic. I have been implementing the book’s strategies as I have been substitute teaching and the results are amazing.
I would like to thank the poster who recommended this book, but I cannot find the relevant thread. I have searched for the keywords in the title and the author’s name but the thread is not found. So, I will just have to throw out this general “Thank You” and hope that it is seen by the one who deserves it.
