That is a lot of synonyms. or good news/bad news

The good news I went to the fancy grocery store today( I have been limiting the number of different grocery trips I make per week , due to COVID) and found some Raclette
Bad News: I forgot to get any good bread, or bread at all really :frowning:

Thinking that I may need to go to another store to get some bread, I was thinking maybe I should go all Europy and get some "well matching "wine as well. So first I checked Wiki cause it usually mentions a few and the entry for Raclette does have one. Fendant a name with which I was not familiar .

That redirects to Chasselas which has the impressive list of synonyms

I am tempted to memorize that list and walk into a wine shop as though it was a real life Monty Python skit and ask, in one sentence if they have any Abelione, Abelone, Albilloidea…
