That's Supposed To Convey "Unisex"?

It is, although it’s pretty unrealistic. What woman wears a dress like that?

IMO, the icon for the man should be a figure plopped in front of a TV. The woman should have a shopping bag full of shoes.

Since nobody else has said it, Hal, your nephew is adorable!

Only pregnant ones!

so handicapped is a gender now? I’m so confused!

Obviously it’s a Handicapped Restroom restricted to people in wheelchairs and people who have had their hands amputated at the wrist.

What I’d be worried about most is whether there’s someone waiting inside to chop off your hands if you violate the restriction.

ETA: Come to think of it, the person in the wheelchair has had his/her hands amputated, too. Doesn’t that make it redundant to have that third icon, then?

It’s a restroom for lesbians and hippies.

Or, it’s a good excuse to get to a different hospital! (no one likes restroom confusion, no matter what the circumstance…)

They’re obviously Amish!

I understood it to be a restroom for Madonna (to wit, the pointy boobs) and her school-age son, with handicapped people permitted only for the purpose of paying homage! But I think they confused Madonna and her kids with Michael Jackson’s tendency to cover his kids’ faces with scarves!
