The 2019 fitness and exercise thread

I’ve been running 12-15 miles a week for about 6 weeks now. Feels good to be back in the groove.

OK, got 105 x 1 today.
Nice to know that there’s still the possibility of improvement at this advanced age…

Pull ups with 45 lbs.
The jump to reach the bar is really hard, with the weight swinging…
