I wonder how much of the Afganimals likeability issues both seasons have to do with editing choices than what they really are as people. Did the producers ramp up their annoying antics last season and tone them down this one? I’m guessing their real Race selves are somewhere in between.
Any insights from other sources?

The Globetrotters didn’t factor into that. Dave & Connor were keeping the Afghanimals behind them while helping them with the task because Dave & Connor had already ridden the donkeys while Leo & Jamal had not.
Assuming they work together and both finish the “build a donkey” task together, that keeps Dave & Connor comfortably ahead of the Afghanimals.
What about those of us who found them amusing both times?
