For the run of the mill seditionists, yes, but the House has the right to impeach and the Senate to try Federal officers in both the judicial* and executive branches and further, both houses have the right to expel members they deem unfit.
*In fact, a number of judges are the only ones who have been both impeached and convicted.
We’re fortunate that these are mostly amateurs; this won’t be the last time such an event happens.
