Ditto. I started off as mildly concerned when I first started following this thread, which over the course of the following two months turned into grave concern and near-panic over the threat to American democracy and the peaceful transfer of power.

I think there’s a distinction. Any act of violence with political motivation is a terrorist attack.
A coup attempt is an attempt to use any illegitimate means to overthrow the government or install certain people or groups in power.
A coup need not necessarily involve violence although it usually does. Trump’s coup attempt started in November, long before the actual attack on the Capitol.

It’s not over yet, folks! According to the “people who have lost loved ones to QAnon” Reddit sub I follow, their Qs have now pushed the goalposts to March 4, which is when the original inauguration day was in the Constitution before it was ratified in 1933.
They’re pretty sure Trump will be inaugurated then.
