If this is not “providing aid to the enemy,” I don’t know what is.
I’m telling you: in their minds, they do not share the same country as we do. It is their country, and we are occupiers who have taken power from them. There is no way to process this sort of grievance in a way that is recognizably “healthy.”
The more they think and feel aggrieved, the more addicted to this grievance they will become, and the more addicted to this grievance they become, the more intense these feelings of grievance will be. And I guarantee you: from this growing sense of grievance will grow a thirst for “revenge,” a need to settle the score. They will fantasize about violence, and eventually, they will commit violent acts.
As I told you all a while ago, this is not the Red Scare, this is the Lost Cause. This isn’t the War on Terror, this is the Back Stab Myth. We’re going back millions of years in our evolutionary history. They’re not afraid of an unseen lurking threat; they are actively pursuing raiders from an enemy tribe that stole something from them. The former is defensive; the latter is offensive, a desire to vanquish.
People need to understand the lethal psychology that is at play here if you want to understand what we’re up against. This is not going to end cleanly.
I’d like to voice a particularly melodramatic What The F***about the following two quotes:

Trump supporters can’t organize a ‘boat parade’ without sinking other boats. There is plenty of shit, and plenty of fans though. Mostly fans of shit.
We’ve had lone wingnuts committing violent acts already; not against Biden or Harris, but it’s equally scary in my view. Trump says the election was stolen and millions immediately believe it and thousands of the most crazy go out and intimidate people, draw guns on them, engage in kidnapping plots etc.
We’re at the point where if Trump told his supporters to take to the streets and “2nd amendment”, then at least a few hundred will. I don’t think we should be complacent because Trump lost the election; the crazy is not over yet.
Someone needs to seriously ask Chris Miller if the order to stop the briefings came directly from Putin.
When people think that there’s as much incontrovertible evidence:
- That Barack Obama is a Kenyan-born Muslim, and
- That the 2020 election was rigged in favor of Biden/Harris
As there is of the ‘collusion’ and Obstruction by Trump, et al …
Finding common ground from which to begin thoughtful discussion is just utterly fucked from the get-go.

I don’t think there is a coincidence between the massive hacks on government servers and the halting of Biden transition briefings. I would not be at all surprised to find that the hacks were made possible by serious security breaches on the part of Trump administration officials (Jared?) who, due to negligence or worse, allowed these to happen.
Trump has told his new pet Pentagon Chief to hush this up.
