And neither are photos proof that something was faked…the flag moving video that you keep yammering about (that has the astronaut passing in front of it has the flag), it’s perfectly reasonable that the flag pole was shaken during that time (at closest proximity), and therefore not observable to us, but the residual pendulum effect in the flag was the result of it. As for the flag moving BEFORE the astronaut passed in front of it, the pole was already covered by the astronaut when it was moving, which doesn’t rule out the pole being shaken as the astronaut walks by. As for the up and down bouncing motion, I’m not sure you would be able to conclusively deduce that not knowing how the energy was transferred to the pole. Depending on how it was transferred, it would still act very similar to a pendulum in a vacuum since the flag was hanging vertically although it was stiff (tensile strength?) vertically as well, so it would be easier for the energy to be dissipated from side to side movement.

As for your accusation that the Chinese and NASA sleeping in the same bed and relevant to your smoke and mirrors logic, I think it matters not what the Chinese did in 2009 and what NASA thinks about it, as compared to what NASA did in 1969. Different era, different technologies, different ideologies, different political/social/economical/etceralogical environment.

Just my 2 cents.

Latecomer to the thread, but if it hasn’t already been asked then I will: why? Why fake the landings? It’s pretty obvious that by the latter 1960’s both the US and the USSR had the ability to send really big things up into the sky on rockets. Are the Moon Hoax advocates claiming we couldn’t send people to the moon, so we had to fake it?
