There’s a corporate reshuffling tonight. We’ve currently got Bren, Craig, Kendra, and Tana on Magna, and Chris and Alex on Net Worth – from the promos, it looked like Bren was the one to move over.
The task is to write a promo for a new car – “some” candidates pull an all-nighter, per the TV Guide website. One team does great, the other tanks (heh). Any guesses as to which is which?
Elsewhere in the Apprentice universe – next week’s TV Guide has an interview with Bill Rancic. (Page 17 for those of you who are going to read it while in line at the checkout.) Main news – he’s re-upped for another year with Trump, and “It’s safe to say I’ll be doing better than I did last year.” But he hasn’t gotten laid in months.
And our boy Kelly Perdew is working on Trump Bottled Water.
Sorry, had a little Kelly-hate flashback there. I wonder if they’re going to do the same ridiculous finale this year. If so I hope Mumbles the Executive has a few lines again.
I don’t remember what we were promised this week. A blow up in the board room? A blow up after the board room? Something…
I dearly hope Chris bites the big one this week. More than that, he’s the obvious choice for which candidate has a big blow-up. (See the two recent threads on his arrest for disorderly conduct.)
Am I missing something here, or did Perdew originally land a gig to manage that huge Trump development project in Manhattan?
Moving from a trophy development project in the Big Apple–a project that made Trump salivate on camera, when he saw the model–to hawking bottled water seems like a HUGE demotion.
As soon as I saw that red tank top ho, I knew they were up the creek. Chris was excited to have 3 men coming up with how to market a car, but unless Pontiac wants to market exclusively to 21 year old millionaires, Chris is out of his depth.
In fairness, they did kinda bail on her. The one I liked least was Craig. Kendra was in the same position he was in on the box, and he didn’t give her the same respect he wanted. Bit disappointed in him.
