If I’d been told that the guy would be a litigious maniac, probably, sure. I’m trying to get my parking-space change expidited, but the only other option is to park out on the street.
Which I’ll be doing more and more of until I get this settled.
I’d talk to the parking lot. I’m sure this isn’t the first time something like this has happened. Presumably, they have advice on the matter, or have a pertinent copy of the rules.
After all, if he sues you, you get to sue them.
As long as you’re doing that, how about occasionally turning his car the “wrong” way just for the fun of it?
