The Ballad of Chambers Street

I recently read “My Movie Business,” John Irving’s memoir about The Cider House Rules film. He writes about his grandfather, an OBGYN who wrote a vulgar and anti-Semitic poem called “The Ballad of Chambers Street.” Irving includes two stanzas (the least offensive, he says), but I was curious about the rest. I searched Google but only found the poem’s title mentioned in a review of the movie.

I figured it had to be somewhere out there. Anyone have a clue?
